In this role, you will:

• Work with Senior Engineers to provide technical engineering solutions to solve client problems (often in some client-facing function),

• Receive adequate supervision and technical guidance from Senior and Principal Engineers to develop and extend your skills and professional competency,

• Develop technical reports, specifications, engineering drawings (AutoCAD drafting experience favourable but not necessary) and calculations,

• Prepare and manage project control functions (project plans, scheduling, cost control, progress reporting, scope and change management),

• Work in a team environment of individuals with varied levels of experience and backgrounds,

• Be encouraged to act as a Project Leader on various projects as your skills develop.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Strong desire to achieve with a long-term career goal mindset,

• Strong customer-service mindset and stakeholder management skills to work constructively with internal and external stakeholders,

• Relevant engineering experiences or units of study (power, instrumentation & controls, mechanical, process and/or piping)

• A good sense of business acumen, and

• Demonstrated sense of initiative and self-motivation to learn and develop.
